What should I do after I win an auction?
After you win an auction, an email with a checkout link will be automatically emailed to your eBay account email address. You may also use the "Kyozou Checkout Now" link found directly on the item description page under the “Payment” section.

I am an international bidder, how much is my shipping cost?
Our shipping calculator on the item description page found under the “Shipping” section for a list of available shipping methods and their cost. Please do not waste your time and ours if you do not see your preferred shipping method “Please do not bid”. Regardless of the carrier, the level of service MUST provide a tracking number.

Can I combine multiple auctions or add additional items to my order?
Our checkout system allows you to win multiple auctions and automatically combines them into one invoice. If you want to add additional quantities to your order, you may contact us either by email or phone before completing your checkout. Only items won within 7 days of each other can be combined, otherwise they will be submitted for non-paying bidder to eBay. Please wait to check out until all items have been won.

How do I combine shipping costs?
Our system will automatically combine shipping costs on items that we see fit to ship together. If it does not automatically combine your items, it could be do size or weight of the box. If you want to order a larger quantity of a particular item, you may contact us for a shipping quote.

My shipping charge says "To be determined." When should I checkout?
If no shipping charges are provided for your item, please contact us for a shipping charge before you bid.

I'm having trouble checking out, can I pay directly with Paypal?
Please contact us if you have any issues with our automated checkout system. If you send a payment without going through the checkout system, it will not be recognized and your order processing will be delayed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, money order, cashier’s checks, Western Union, and wire transfer.

Do you charge tax, if I am not from Texas?
If you purchase an item from us and come to our warehouse and pick it up, then “Yes” you will be charged Texas Sales Tax, unless you provide a valid resale permit.

My payment was rejected, how do I pay?
With credit card purchases, we will only ship to the billing address on file with your credit card issuer. If you must ship to another address, please use a verified PayPal account for payment or call 806.376.1121.

Do you charge tax?
We charge 8.25% sales tax for all Texas orders, either shipped or picked up locally.

I have a reseller's permit, how can I remove tax from my order?

How much is shipping?
Shipping will be calculated with our integrated shipping calculator found on the item description under the “Shipping” section.

Many countries impose their own customs, duties, tariffs, taxes, etc. on items being shipped from a foreign country. We do not cover this cost for our customers. When calculating, the calculator does not include (INSURANCE), but will be automatically added in when you pay. For large items being shipped by Ground Freight, please contact us for a shipping quote. We will modify you shipping costs after the auction has ended.


I live outside of the US, how much is shipping?
All international buyers can get shipping quotes with our integrated shipping calculator found on the item description under the “Shipping” section. I have completed the check out process, when will my item ship?
Once payment is received, your item will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Some larger items may require additional time for special packaging.

I have a UPS account number, can you ship with my account?
Yes, we can use UPS and FedEx 3rd party accounts, however we require you to provide us with a signed fax letter stating you are releasing us of any and all damage during shipping. If you choose to use your account, there will be a handling and packaging fee! If you choose FedEx there will be an additional fuel charge of $5.00 added also.

Can I use an expedited shipping method?
If you require a faster shipping method please use our shipping calculator for a quote. Please note that we cannot process Next Day Air packages after 3:00 PM CST. Also, if it is of high importance please call us or email.

How can I view my tracking number?
Your tracking information will be emailed to your eBay account email automatically after it is shipped. Please check your email for tracking information. Please note that items are shipped 1-2 business days after payment is received.

Can I pick up my item at your location?
Local pick up is available for customers. A handling fee applies to all orders. Please contact us for handling fee quote or to adjust shipping for an item you have already won. If you are coming to pick your item up at our location you will pay tax.

Do you ship to PO boxes?
No, not even for you….

Do you ship to military addresses?
No APO or FPO (military addresses).

Is my quoted shipping price final?
No, shipping prices may vary depending on location and actual packaged weight and ending price for insurance reasons. We reserve the right to modify any quoted shipping costs. It may also depend on the size of your order or orders ie: combining shipments

What carrier do you use to ship your packages?
We have daily pickup service with UPS. Larger items are sent through UPS LTL freight.

My item is very fragile, how will you pack my item?
Our expert warehouse team will make sure each item is securely packed to ensure your item arrives in pristine condition. We use a combination of bubble wrap and foam packing for all packages when needed.

Do you accept returns?
Some items come with a "Conditional" Right of Return policy. Providing our warranty seals are intact and the “Listing information above states that the item comes with a no DOA or warranty, no buyer's remorse”. Our technicians have performed basic functionality tests and the item appears to function correctly. The right of return time starts from the time you receive the item. Should you have to return the item, the full purchase price will be refunded. Shipping and handling and return shipping will not be refunded. Bid with confidence. A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns. Shipping and handling charges are not refunded. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.

What is your policy for returning a DOA item?
Items being returned as DOA will need to have a “No DOA” guarantee in the listing and must be completed within 3 days of you receiving the item. DOA items will be replaced if other units are available. Credit will be issued to you for irreplaceable items. Shipping and handling charges are not refunded. “We will not issue a money back refund in any form on DOA items”.

What is covered under your 3-Day DOA Warranty?
Our 3-Day DOA Warranty does NOT cover any consumable goods such as: toner, ink cartridges, bulbs, batteries, etc. It does not cover any missing accessories that are not pictured with the item. Compatibility issues are also not covered, neither is buyer remorse (you get it and you decide you don’t want it) Sorry!

My item was sold As-Is, can I still return it?
Yes, 50% restocking fee applies to all returns on items sold AS-IS. Shipping and handling charges are not refunded. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.

My item was damaged during shipping, what do I do?
If your item is damaged by one of our shipping carriers, please contact us and we will file a damaged package claim. If you choose to use your own carrier you will need to file the claim and take care of the issue with them.

I want to return for refund, will my shipping be refunded?
No, shipping and handling charges are not refunded.

Who pays for shipping costs?
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
